Quality Migrant Admission Scheme
The Quality Migrant Admission Scheme (QMAS) is a point-based immigration program introduced by the Hong Kong government to attract skilled professionals and entrepreneurs to fuel the city’s economic development.
Eligibility
To be eligible under QMAS, applicants must meet the minimum requirements in the following categories:
- Age: 18-59 years old
- Education: Recognized bachelor's degree or above
- Work experience: At least 3 years in a related field
- Mandatory skills: English and Chinese language proficiency
- Additional points: Postgraduate qualifications, awards, salaried work experience
Once approved under QMAS, migrants can obtain the following benefits:
